You are playing Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO). You are UTG and look down and see this in your hand:

:jh4:-:10h4:-:9c4:-:8s4:

All of the players at the table are of similar playing standard, so

How would you play this?

a) Passively (i.e. limp into the pot, see what the board brings)
b) Aggressively (raise pre-flop)
c) Fold (don't play at all)

Elaborate on your answer and why you chose it.
This is one pretty looking hand and gets you in trouble because most of the time it will hit some kind of draw (straight for most part) but it has high chances of getting coolered by better flushes and straights, limping is not a good thing to do usually but here it makes perfect sense. If i was in late position i will raise.

50%-50%. If the tournament just has started, I`ll raise.

UTG I would probably fold this hand, however if the 9 and 8 were suited, I might consider a limp, depending on the other players. A raise would be called or raised by others, making the postflop questionable when out of position.

PLO is a flop game, so raise 50% and passively 50%, which keeps the "strength" of the hand hidden.
Position also determines how to act.

I would definitely never act aggressively with such a hand in this position. I can make a limp -call if my stack is good. Or fold and save the chips. It's a pity 98 isn't suited. It wouldn't be bad, for example.:9c4::8c4:
