Of course, playing against an aggressive player is difficult, and it is necessary to apply aggressive actions. But remember that it is impossible to play aggressively throughout the tournament and there can always be one more successful aggressor.
Yes, I agree with you. This can also be.I think the best way to play against an aggressive player is to wait on a good hand and trap them.
Yes this sucks big time. I know the feeling. But in the long term, they will loose.... it just doesn't feel like this at the moment when it happens [emoji849]Against certain players aggression can hurt. I've had dudes clean me out by calling with 73.
On a rainbow board I am thinking no way that dude called a 4 bet preflop with a 7 in his hand. I was wrong.
This is an excellent goal and I wish you the best of luck! It sounds like you're well on your way to making it come trueHi family! Day #2 concluded.
Thanks Colin, nice explanations. I think I'm a TAG, but, based on my small bankroll, I suffer more when I face some situations. It occurs because I can't perform a correct management of my br until now. I play some mtt's until 5.50 with a 10$ bank, for example.
Okay, I am a recreational player, but I got some good results, I'm improving my skills. I'm not comfortable playing cheaper sit n go's, so that's why I give some dive in the tourneys.
Nowadays I'm not thinking about be a profesional poker player, but my goal is don't need to deposit anymore, so I'm trying some changes in my gameplay.
First, and good for my until now, I restricted my PS. Mtt allowed up to 2.20 and sng up to 0,45 so I can try some satellites. It's working a lot. I'm playing my mtt's and cashing in some of them.
Now, with this course, it's clear I will change more and more, and will improve even more.
I promise I will try to apply this lessons on my games.
Thanks again Cardschat.

Great advice from day 2 on making aggression your default play. I think about it like this: there are two way to win a hand when betting or (re)raising, either without a showdown when your opponents fold (fold equity) or getting to the river and having a showdown. Contrast this with just calling along where you can only win with a showdown. I know many want to slow play a monster hand but this is too risky as I have learned many times because it gives your opponents opportunities to see subsequent streets on the cheap and possibly beating your hands by the river or even earlier [emoji3525]
