definitely yes, as long as she is not a compulsive gambler because that would already be a problem, but without a doubt she would, in fact I am teaching her to play and my girlfriend is learning quite well

Of course I would. To share experiences. And reasoning games, tournaments for example. And of course play the game live together. I see nothing wrong with that)) 0

Assuming you mean dating for the purpose of marriage.

Depends on whether or not they play for a living or if it's just a hobby that they can control.

If they're just a hobby that they can control yes. If they play professionally for a living no.

My wife married me knowing I played poker for money as hobby. Works great and we've both never been happier. I think if I was playing for a living things would be a lot different marriage wise. Having a good marriage can be hard enough look the divorce rates. Poker sure isn't going to help you stay married.

Cheers!!!

Common interests in family life only strengthen relationships, maybe poker would strengthen relationships, we would sit next to each other at computers and play, give advice to each other.

I would have no problem dating a female Poker Player, I regularly go to Poker Tournaments with good Friends and We understand that it is just a game, We still remain good Friends even after we destroy each other at the Poker Table.
Dating another Poker Player would probably strengthen our Relationship because we would know each others "tells" and wouldn't be able to Lie to each other, not that you would want to. Relationships are built on Trust not Lies.

I certainly wouldn't have a problem with that, I would think it would be great to date someone who has the same passion for poker as I do

Definitely as I play otherwise its a bit hypocritical. I play after work though so the only factor becomes with both of you playing if it leaves enough time for the relationship. If your both good at scheduling poker its much easier to have a relationship with both of you playing.

I think this scenario is completely different if you are both pros as then your playing is scheduled like a job and this is an easier pairing.

For example, you can play at night, your girlfriend can play during the day. Because it's difficult to work together at the same job, so it's better to do it in shifts. And most importantly, you need to figure out who will cook, because it can be a problem :)

I play poker all the time, I dont know how that would work in a relationship with another poker player. Seems like to much addiction for one couple. lol
I believe it would be very interesting, enjoying doing the same thing and helping each other to grow in the game, in addition to life as a couple.
