Its really a good question because you cannot say "the one with the biggest bankroll". Why? Cause imagine some rich donkey plays first time and wins a big tournament with 10million. So in my opinion i would say, the ones who make profit in poker with never ever using their own money are the kings. Arguably, the best are the ones who have played and survived long term. It is also difficult to compare across generations, same as the argument as to who was the basketball player of all time...Jordan? Kobe? LeBron? or who was the best hockey player of all time...Howe? Orr? Gretzky? Lemieux? I'll take a stab and say Doyle Brunson...Jordan and Bobby Orr also the GOAT in their sport. I watched Orr as a 14 year old playing junior hockey against 18 year olds and out perform them. Doyle won the wsop Main Event twice...coin flip .
