Your comment catches my attention. I am considering joining a league team, for several reasons. Is it possible to explain why this way of playing and progressing in poker does not seem interesting, for a certain category of players?

I prefer not to rely on others in poker, nor do I want others to rely on me.

I do enjoy league when my team does well !!! Decathlon is my most favorite of all time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is for sure something for everybody here

I have never played the team events, don't want to lose for someone else.
I agree with Becky, the Decathlon was one of my favorite events ever.
I love Hi/Lo games and would love to see the Decathlon format with all low rated games ; Stud H/L, Omaha H/L, Razz, and Badugi.
You could call it"How Lo Can You Go."

Those games are in the team weekend variants games, but as you say, you don't want to lose for someone else. As stand alone individual games, not sure they'd be that popular with the majority CC members and would probably be a nightmare for CC admins to organise 8+games for individuals.
