The biggest mistake? Not adapting. Over-bluffing, over-shoving, or playing too tight—each is a leak if done excessively. The key is balancing aggression with discipline based on the table dynamics.

One mistake I don't think has been mentioned yet is sitting down to play when you only have a small window of time. I play my worst poker when I know that dinner is in ½ hour. There is a tendency to play more hands than you normally would, and play those hands more aggressively than normally. Because of the up and down nature of playing poker, you must allow yourself sufficient time (3 - 4 hrs) to ride those ups and downs.

What mistakes do we make the most?
1.I bluff too much
2.I go to the all in too often
3.I played too cautiously and missed potentially winning hands

poker is such an unusual game that we discover the above actions only after doing them - but how valuable would it be to know at what moment each of the three actions should be applied
i think we make all mistake you mention, probably the most mistake we make is "not having patience" to play corretly following one strategy.

The key to mastering poker is balance and timing. bluff strategically, not excessively. Go all-in when the odds favor you. Play cautiously, but not to the point of missing opportunities.

Unfortunately, I continue making all 3 mistakes even thou I know better. It's that impulse to just keep playing or wanting to see the next card and willing to pay for it that I need to stop. I hope that you have better control than I, Good Luck at the tables.

The biggest problems:
- playing with emotions
- starting the game when tired
- take big risks with premium (or garbage) cards
- don't follow bankroll management
- spare time to improving etc.

following and guided by what you said, no poker game can do without the three actions I mentioned and everything is ok what you said but I'm more interested in what I mentioned
thanks,bro!

there isn't garbage cards if we know how to deal with it-good luck!

Bluff when opponents seem weak, go all-in with strong hands or clear edges, and avoid over-folding when you have winning potential—adapt based on the game flow and opponent behavior.

Sometimes I make quick intuitive decisions, and in at least 50% of cases, this leads to losses. But I'm working on this shortcoming of mine and hope to overcome these momentary weaknesses :)

I suppose this comes under bluffing too much but I will attempt to outplay people too much postflop by playing speculative hands pre. If the board favours my calling range as opposed to opening range of villains I will be aggressive but find that some players simply can't fold an overpair or at times 2nd or 3rd pair which can be annoying as when your doing the same thing with value they are finding the fold button

What mistakes do we make the most?

1. Learning to play poker!
2. Playing poker!
3. Playing poker without learning to play poker.
4. Overplaying aces - especially at Omaha but also at hold 'em. Obviously if someone hits a set or connects with garbage there is no way to avoid that, but plenty of players will never fold aces if they are clearly beat.
