I don't tilt because I don't pay attention to negative results.
negative results are going to happen as long as the opponent has any
equity in the hand, it's out of my control. and I can't control what my opponent decides to do. so, I don't see the point in getting upset over things I have no control over when I can focus on the things I can control, my decisions and making sure I put myself in +ev situations.
as long as I am happy with the decisions I've made, then that's all that matters. there is nothing for me to get tilted over, no matter whatever negative end results happens.
this is just my personal opinion, but I also don't tilt because there aren't really any bad beats. maybe in very specific situations there are, but most 'bad beats' are just losses that aren't, imo, even worth mentioning and / or getting upset over. some players can't just handle losing and focus on it way too much.
