When I play poker, I almost never listen to music. Music distracts me. During the game, I try to focus as much as possible on my own capabilities and this allows me to avoid mistakes.
For a longtime tournaments or playing for hours its hard to be concentrated I do something else for a few minutes and I come back to the game in other mood to play
