Are you asking for the best or my favourite time to play poker?
If you're asking about the best, it depends on what player pools you have access too and what game type you're looking to play. In general you'll be looking for a time that gives you the most table time with the weakest players. If you're an MTT player you're going to have less freedom and a more set schedule that is based around when good MTTs run, if you play cash you can have a more freedom and can play when you're at your best and able to focus which is different from person to person.
If you're from brazil and have access to like Bovada/ignition or whatever skin you have down there, WPN and Chico you probably have a decent base at any time of the day as those sites have a fairly soft player pool, If you're an MTT player with higher volume you might need to add a few games from the tougher sites to keep your table count up I'm not sure.
My favourite time is evenings my time and it also just happens to line up with the hours there are some pretty soft cash games running
