There are just too many bad poker flicks out there. The one plot point that always drives me crazy is the betting someone out of a pot thing. You know the one: If you can't call the bet you'll have to fold; oh, gee wiz, will you take the homestead as collateral? It just gets me that nobody seemed to know what table stakes meant.
Anyway...
"Deal", the 2008 movie with Burt Reynolds wasn't bad. It's a teacher/student flick where the student is gearing up to make a run at the
wsop and is coached by a former world class poker player. Lots and lots (and lots) of cliches, but not a bad movie.
If you can get past the aforementioned table-stakes issue, I really enjoyed "Shade" with Sylvester Stallone. Thematically very different from "Rounders", but I thought it was a fun con-game movie with a decent amount of poker action.
There's also "All In: The Poker Movie" and "Bet Raise Fold" if you enjoy documentaries. I thought both were good and worth a viewing.
