Yes, you need both. But at online-poker you need an extra portion luck when you play at a turney with many fishes.

How best to get a good skill? Can books develop my skill or should I just play more with basic knowledge?

I think knowledge and not information is very profitable , if you use it the right way.Knowledge combined with personality of a player can cause trouble to the opponents. From a different point of view,a technician can use expensive or cheap tools to fix anything.Cheap tools can do the work better than expensive depending of the control of the technician.Although the best technician will use tools that he/she made, knowing the needs of the fix that must be done.

Poker account experience?

You think experience in poker only luck, or strategy and all this together or something else.

I will try to understand what you are trying to say.

To play Poker in a successful way you need all the knowledge, experience and luck.
The strategy should take into account position, bankroll management, experience and always some luck!

Strategy, restraint and self-control of course, but without luck, too, do not do

Yes

Yes, because knowing the odds and analyzing the players is a skill.

You will have noticed that when someone is good at poker, although he does not always win, he does it most of the time.

However, sometimes we can see real newbies winning big games without even knowing how they have been able to.

It is not the first time - or the last - that we see people with less skills winning poker. So, is poker lucky or is it skill?
Poker is a combination of both factors. Neither one separately will make you a star player.

In the long run, the good player will always win, that is, the one with more skills and knowledge of the game. It is true that the fate of the beginner may exist, but never in the long run.

Now you know, try to develop your abilities to the maximum and luck be with you.

Great importance in modern poker is exactly knowledge and skills. Think for yourself, if the game was influenced solely by luck, the stable earnings in poker would not be.

It is necessary to take into account that in a hand the luck prevails but in 100 the strategy is the one that prevails; Luck is important but if you have a good strategy, neither can luck with that.

Always think in the long run, and never play with a bench that does not have at least 100 entries for your game. Make a solid strategy without getting upset by those who play by betting on luck. Then reap positive results. Luck will never beat the probability of hands played correctly.

I am of the opinion it is both.
E.g. When preflop is all gone in it's gambling.
If I always wait for the nuts it is skill.

itsa game of skill but no one can play 100% of his game all the time. the difference occurs when player knows that he is playing poorly so he sit out from the table and take a break saying to him self ok its enough for today a made some bad decisions. That kind of player is a wining one. The other who stay at table after bad decisions and wait for a good hand or change of luck will always lose. Poker is on one level a game of honesty and introspection

all in with aces preflop

in poker, you will have a lot of major bad beats in your lifetime. you better expect this because it will happen . all in preflop with AA against pocket 44 and the pocket 44 hits a set and you are KO-ed out of a major tournament just before the big money

Both.. by the books it is 75% skill and 25% luck.. but from my experiences, I think it is 60% skill and 40% luck. I've lost too many times big and good played hands on the river lol
