Hello Maureen, A couple of times I have heard bad mannered men making disparaging remarks to or about lady players. Has this happened to you? If so, how did you handle it and did it affect your game? Kind regards, David
Q1) You have done a lot to help promote the game and get more ladies into the poker scene. 2 of the better players in my poker group are ladies who just don't feel comfortable playing live do to so many men being so rude to them. What would you suggest for someone like me who loves the game and want to see them play and succeed could do to help them become more comfortable to actually give it a go in the future? I don't want to push them but help them become more comfortable in what can be a rough game to play for them.
Q2) you have done well in the live game. Do you consider yourself a professional poker player or a Recreational player.?
Q3) this kind of relates to question one but...... What can us male players do to make the ladies when they play live with us do to make them feel more comfortable?

Do you have a favorite place where you feel more comfortable playing poker?
Hello Maureen..
There is a question about distributing the cards. If I am sitting at a table and I have no luck 5 times in a row and no good card comes, should I change the table or stay so that luck may come?
How do you play at the early stages of a tournament?Conservatively, trying to keep your stack healthy for the mid stage or loose, trying to accumulate as much chips as you possibly can and maybe taking some risks?
