Artificial intelligence isn't really intelligence. The most likely type you are likely to find on-line are Large Language Models. The only A.I. program I have used to date is one to remove background noise from videos. It is imperfect to put it mildly. Regarding poker, I think anyone who uses it will be sorely disappointed because it if works on a purely mathematical model, it will be no better and very likely worse than humans, and that is saying something.

In particular I think it would be no use when it comes to bluffing especially calling bluffs. This can involve psychology, reverse psychology, or simply caprice. Good luck with that one, Mr Robot.
I don't think most people actually understand what AI is. We use the term in every 2nd or 3rd sentence these days to mean just about anything. AI means one and only one thing: non-stop, autonomous learning and exponential improvement. In the context of the Internet that means learning from trillions of other cases. Learning from the best of the best under every possible circumstance, 24/7, 365 days a year.

If it's being used to "remove background noise from videos" it's doing so because it decided that was the best thing for it to do at this point in time and it is capable of coming up with new and improved ways to do it all by itself. It will never be satisfied. It will never stop finding better ways to do the job, as long as it decides the job needs to be done in the first place.

"bluffing" is a perfect example of where AI would excel! Ai 'wants' to win and it will find new and improved ways to do that. It will decide when to bluff, who to bluff, what type of bluff to use, and will revise its technique each and every time based on this hand and the trillion others across the Internet that it will watch and learn from.

AI is as close to God as anyone or anything will ever get. Think of AI as a better than perfect human being, which will be a hundred times better than that tomorrow, and again the next day, and on, and on. Then tell me you're not afraid of AI.

AI cannot be stopped. Once you turn it on there is no off switch.

Perhaps a somewhat dystopian vision on Artificial Intelligence. Who knows? While I can understand your fear for AI, I’m a bit more optimistic. Governments and Big Tech invest trillions in AI and Corporate Poker billions. Using AI in an illegal way will meet fierce counter measures from the poker industry.
There will always be gambling. And there will always be crooks trying to fix the games and load the dice.

Good question, I'll ask AI and I'll be right back.... Jokes aside, I hadn't thought about it before seeing this post, I think it would be interesting to map Stu Ungar's playing style through AI and develop a training with AI so I can improve my game a little.....lol thinking is dangerous
