I can proudly say that GLOBALLY I have not lost a penny in poker, because in each room my bankroll was built exclusively on freerolls.

How much money have you lost on poker?
I lost no more than $100. I've been playing poker since 2016 and I lost $100 in the first 10-12 months of playing. Then I realized how to create a bankroll and how to gradually build it up. All this is thanks to my membership in our CardsChat community.

I'm not sure about the value, but I made more money than I lost.

I enter small amounts of 10-20$ on pokerstars from time to time and play more than that 😀, on the other sites I only use freerolls, or allocated daily ticket. I don't think I've lost anything, just enjoying this weakness for poker as much as possible.

Nothing.
I lived off poker for almost 10 years, maybe if I had 4-5 negative months.
Since then, I've only been making withdrawals from poker rooms, just less and less frequently. :)

I'm glad there are people on this thread saying they've lost money. Surely the majority of people who play have to lose money doing it!
The most I've lost is £70 in a tournament. But I keep an account of everything I spend and the result and I'm in profit for every year I've played. (It's less than a £100 most years, but I play when I want and it doesn't cost me anything)

Good morning everyone, the day I lost the most in poker was $160 dollars.
A basic rule to avoid going broke is to always play within the limits of your bankroll and your knowledge.
If you are profitable in poker and have a bankroll of $100 dollars, you should play MTTs of $1.10 as you increase
your bankroll will increase the limits.
With a bankroll of $220 dollars, you can already play the ones of $2.20 dollars.
With a bankroll of $150 dollars, playing several days of cash games, I increased the bankroll, then I lost $10 in NL2, I played a $10 spin to recover and I managed to do that
3 times then one day I went to play a $50 spin and lost the 3 losses of -$150.
But the day I lost the most was when I went to have an adventure in the casino, in roulette, I lost $380 dollars, the casino is a sure loss.

My poker balance to date has been profitable, of course there are daily losses but that didn't influence me at the end of the month making a profit, now in a single tournament the most I've ever lost was 5 dollars for just playing micro limits and freerolls

Fortunately, I won a lot more than I lost, when I started playing online I deposited $10 later + $10 from then to here, never again, and that's been more than 20 years

I've been playing poker for almost 20 years. I lost quite a lot at the beginning. It's important not to break down. Learn from your mistakes. That's what I did. I gained experience. Now I haven't added to poker for a long time. I have certain rules that I stick to .

I haven't lost, the balance is positive, I am careful with my bankroll. But I haven't seen anything impressive yet!
