my opinion in Omaha more variable and harder to play on the course, in hold'em, not much make you feel any better, but good luck and bad bits in 2 times less than in Omaha
That depends on your venue. The local casino hasn't run a PLO game in six months. When it did run, it was quite simply crazy, the stuff that was played. PLO was a massive fish magnet, but that led to its downfall: all those massive fish went broke very fast, and the interest disappeared when they did.
Just because your PLO game is filled with regs doesn't mean they're any good at it.
Holdem is more popular(easier to find tables to play) and you can try different strategies, while in Omaha you get more action(you can get a feeling of a flip coin) and can be fun to play.
