In short: 20 posts. You have 5 posts now. Your level is Bronze. Next level is Silver. It's given automatically up to one day after you make your 25th post.

There aren't that many levels overall. Everyone has Bronze after registration. There are only 2 steps above that: Silver and Platinum. For Platinum level you'll need 3 times more posts than Silver (75). Unlike Bronze and Silver levels, the Platinum level isn't just a 1-time achievement—it's more like a status that can be lost (due to posting inactivity or breaching of the rules, for example).

it's a somewhat complicated process, but fair in a way. you need to visit the site for about 30 days and make quality comments on posts, after 30 days the comments will be analyzed and the daily passwords released. it's a little tiring at first, but I've been a member and it's worth it.
