Good evening!

To gain access to freeroll passwords you must have levels.

The daily $ 100 pokerstars freerolls, you must be platinum here on the forum.

You need to be silver first and then be platinum

To be platinum here on the forum you must have at least 75 quality posts, be an active user on the forum and have at least 1 month of registration on the forum.

So basically, once you reach 25 quality posts you qualify for Silver automatically. It takes the system 24 hours to update your access after your 25th post.

For Platinum, you need to be active over at least a 30 day period, and have 75 quality posts. Then you make a post in the sign up thread to be reviewed by moderators.

Click Here. You can bookmark the thread in your browser. You can subscribe to it too. The thread isn't hard to find:
Open the Home page (cardschat.com). Scroll to "Our Events" and click on the "Silver Level Passwords" subforum.

Once the forum loads, you can find the sticky Password Thread for all Silver Level Freerolls at the top.

In that thread you can find a big link to the Password Thread for Bronze Level. You'll need it for Bronze FRs.

I assume you mean cardschat (not cardshot)—Yes, they will be available. If your country is banned from playing with real money (like USA), all kinds of PS freerolls would be unavailable (including the CC ones). If you can play the bronze level PS FR already, as a platinum member you'll be able to play all PS CardsChat FRs.
