Because it’s too early, the password is released around 15 minutes before the tournament starts. So you have about an hour to wait

A couple of questions, I registered for the ACR freeroll today, and while I was waiting for it to start, I noticed a $3.30 buyin with $100 added being played. So I checked it out, it was running almost an hour, there were 36 entrants, and the price pool was $108.
Now my questions, shouldn’t the prize pool have been $208?
And how come I cannot find it anywhere in cardschat?

I think the prize pool is correct. The $100 added is paid out separately.
