I don't smoke, only my ears smoke when I'm tilted.

I don't tend to tilt much now. If I do, I take myself away and do things that I love doing, mostly listening to music, I disappear in my own little world when I'm listening to music, so that's my first choice, or sketching (which I haven't done in years 😲) I also like to read, that helps too 😊

If you're talking about the nicotine, I don't know why you're smoking at all. Because nicotine doesn't help you calm down. I can advise you to take a cold shower if you feel you are in a tilt. Or at least wash your face with cold water. I think it can really help you calm down.

i def chew more when play non stop for a bit lol....went to jolly ranchers for a bit but was killing my teeth faster then chewing tobacco lol....is like will chew for an hour str8 if on a runner and yes ive done 4 days str8 in past with breaks for showers but right back at it cause was running so good etc....now havent played more then 6 hours at a time since may usually only play one and want to be done now lol

I sympathize with you. Smoking is a terrible habit. I smoked for more than 20 years, smoked a lot, and now I feel how much it affected my health. The best thing you can do for good results and a promising future is to quit this abomination once and for all.

Quit smoking buddy, it's pointless.
It's easier to buy a stress ball and take out your anger on it.
It's not good to be nervous, but if you're already nervous, take your tension out on the ball, you don't need another factor (your lungs) to damage because of angry.

I used to smoke a long time ago and with this operation I had to have I felt sick because I told the nurse that I didn't smoke as my dad was standing there. I was very sick after the operation, and the nurse asked again when dad wasn't there if I smoked, I said yes. I had to have another operation to get the pins out of my elbow, I decided then and there I'm never smoking again.
