Break from poker

When I take a break from poker, the time I used to spend on poker, I spend on activities that bring me pleasure and positive energy. If I decide to stay home in the evening, then I can watch an interesting movie or TV series. Or, for example, read interesting and useful information. I also really like walking, in the city where I live there is a lot of nature and there is a river. So I can happily take a walk in the evening, enjoy nature and go see the river. I especially like to do this in the warm season, when everything is in bloom, and there is a pleasant smell from the trees, flowers and other plants. There are many activities in life that bring pleasure and help the soul to relax and recharge with good energy, and for this it is not at all necessary to go somewhere far. All this is among us every day, many people just do not notice it.

I am completely in hibernation. In the span of almost 3 months now, I barely participate in any games here or on PokerStars or GGPoker where I used to play. While away from poker, I just do the usual, nothing extraordinary 😁

Even when things aren't going well, I don’t deposit money. Instead, I usually relax, rest, or play freerolls only because my will is strong.

I live in an amazing place... on a big lake surrounded by a huge nature preserve/ provincial park.
So I can combine the two... the best is summertime boating... lazy days on the water soaking in the sun and play a little poker here and there, go to the beach, swim a little..

I just go a few days without playing and without watching any poker content and after a few days I go back to playing with less boredom

I play casually so i dont need a break.
But yes, when the game brings you more sorrow than joy, it is time to stop and recalibrate yourself
