I see two shared hobbies here!!!

Poker.. and tearing people new assholes.

No wonder were such a tight nit family! :)

People might learn better if we dont trerat them like complete tools when we make a point... but I suppose noone is obligated to be kind here.. and the goal isn't helping really either is it? It's stroking our own egos? The help, if it happens is a noble side effect from our intellectual masturbation.

Seems somone pissed in my cornflakes today...

Sorry.

If it where me i would wait until i had atleast 30bi but you should obvs. just do what makes u comfortable.

Nice run btw :).

Wow I must be a total nit or something.....Once your dealing with mid-level stakes I feel like personally I couldn't handle anything less than 40BI's to move up. Doesn't the money feel too big with not enough behind it? ehh just seems like you'd be playing with scared money one way or another even at 30BI's, especially at 6max.......

Or I could just be a huge wuss:eek:

Yup, the Stox convertor always displays it as party for some reason. Very VERY swingy session tonight. Break even despite all the crap though so ill take it.

AA is running at -28bb/100 for the month.

Hey guys, been away for a while, i got married last week and went to london for a few nights on a honeymoon, seen some shows, done the tourist thing. Was DYING to play some poker down there, i ruled the gutshot the last time i went but the wifes gotta put up with poker for the rest of her life so i gave her those 4 days without poker!

First session back tonight and it went well :D Something that might give me something to think about is that i 4-tabled tonight and never fired up my HUD and at the micro's i'm starting to wonder if i should just keep it like this, or at least have a minimal VPIP/PFR/AF HUD???

I just thought that tonight i mostly just played my hands, this stopped me getting into many awkward spots, gonna import the hands now and see what kinda stats i was playing, i get the feeling it might have been tightish with some LP flat calling with good implied odds hands.

Just seems that lately i have been using the stats a bit too much and maybe some FPS has been emerging, i think that if i drop the HUD or at least the majority of the stats i have on there i might be able to get out of the micros at last, after all, at the micros if you just play your hands theres plenty of people that will pay you off with worse right?

Yeah! Here's to many happy years!

As to the HUD.. hmm I kinda advocate both. There is something to going without it. Like live play. And it provides a nice trove of info when you are gonna be distracted by other tables or stuff.

Wow lack of posts.

I decided to take a shot at 1/2 FR 4tabling, 170 hands of break even-ness

Was up ~$30 at one point but it faded kinda fast, so I'm going to stick with .5/1 for a bit longer
