Please tell me.
Well it should be first explained what a buy in is . It is the max amount you sit down with at the table. It's not optimal to sit down with less. Like you see with most beginners.

50 x the buy in

1c-2c = $2

50x $2 = $100

But, I think anywhere above $60 should be enough

Erm, you can only lose money in cash, so you won’t be able to hold onto your bankroll. The notion of a bankroll is ridiculous to me anyway.

in my opinion : you should be able to buy in / sit down with the full buy in for the limit and that should present no more than 5% of your bankroll

The recommended bankroll for cash games is typically at least 20 times the maximum buy-in for the table you plan to play at. This is to ensure that you have enough money to withstand any short-term losing streaks and continue to play. However, it is ultimately up to the individual player to determine their own bankroll and risk tolerance. It's also important to have a separate bankroll for cash games and tournaments, as the variance in tournament play is much higher than in cash games.

Personal opinion perhaps?
For me, I find it quite easy to have winning sessions on cash tables (online). Much less variance than MTT.

I think that a stack 20 times higher than the level of play you usually play is a good support for leveling up.

You cannot play all the time in low stacks. Also you cannot go immediately to the higher stacks. You can have about 100 maximum buy ins. So you are starting with the lower stack and after a good course and results you put landmarks where according with your estimation you can rise the stack level.
