Oh hai cash game thread.

Cant believe I haven't posted in here yet this month but I've been busy as hell since getting marrieds mid June.

Got a new comp, its a PC so I have more options now and can now finally DL pokerstove:)

I've made the switch to 6 max cause I found that even after getting the new comp I wasnt that into playin FR and nitting it up like usual. 6 max suits me fine. I've only had 1.5 k hands in the last little while but its goin well.

Goals for the rest of July.

1.Play more 6 max. Try for 5k hands by the end of the month.
2.Have a posi green line.
3.RB pro PL08 with no goal for a specific # of hands.

Wait... why did the super fantastic JQ play by play with the two big euro cash guys and all the unspoken love/hate/love/love stop? It was just getting awesome.

Oh, and nice to see you reappear Vanq. ;)

Now, I'll disappear again.

Posting from iphone on holidays does not induce much trash talking. Sorry for the lack of drama from my side.

Also, fp needed the money so he could buy a present for his wife and bribe her into letting him go to Vegas again next year. I had to contribute to such a noble cause. ;)

And to think most people outside of poker view it as a selfish life destroying game, if only they knew the truth!

I absolutly cannot wait to end rush week so I can start playing some standard speed fr, the best thing about cash play is you dont have the felling of dejection when you get sucked out on or just make a mistake after a couple of hours play to go out on the bubble, that and the fact you can time you sessions better.

Heading to the beach in the morning (Nags Head, NC) for a week's vacation. Sadly, I'll probably still be reading CC while I lounge by the pool or relax on the beach. Fortunately I won't be a work.

Not looking forward to the drive with the little one but I'm interested to see what he thinks of the ocean. Should be a good time.

pool > ocean

Completely agree. We've been here for about 6 hours and I can see the ocean but I've spent 2+ hours in the pool.

Trip was uneventful except for the near 20 car pileup I was almost in right in the middle of the tunnel under the Chesapeake Bay. Two lanes with me in right lane plenty of room in back and front. Minivan next to me clearly not paying attention to the cars in the left lane slowing, slams on his brake at last minute and skids sideways across both lanes. Wife and kid screaming as I slam on the brakes and come to a stop inside 2 feet from his front bumper. Had to stop at the next exit to change dirty diaper (not the baby's).

pool: drink cocktails while looking at attractive girls swimming around in sexy swimwear

ocean: scrape off seaweed and poop from yourself while trying not to step on a sand crab and looking at fat people covering each other in sunblock
