When I go all-in with JJ, QQ, KK, AKs, my opponent always has AA. And when I manage to see the flop with pocket cards, there will be overcards on the flop every time...:(:(:(
Hello, NickeLine22! Believe to Me: You are not an One! The many players, including and Me, can to confirm these occasions also!..
I can give You only one advice: temporary (or constantly) moving up to play the tournaments... Later, if You very want again,
can back to cash games! Good Luck!

The main way to combat tilt is to exit the game in time and take a break.First of all, you need to cope with your emotions. You must clearly know and understand what puts you on tilt.

Heh, it's the same for me and, as someone wrote above, it's just selective memory. For some time now, when I start losing several hands in a row, I take a short break of 1-2 minutes, then resume the game and pay attention to whether I play the next hands as best as I can, if I find that something is wrong, I close the poker room and go do something completely different. I read a book, watch a movie or anything else that is not related to poker.

Stay focused on making the best decisions, not on winning every single hand. It's like life; you can't control everything. Also, consider taking a short break to cool off if you're feeling really upset

My advice is don't play cash. Played only freerolls and micro buy-in tournaments, and I've never been happier.

Hello everyone. As it has happened many times before, I have read the opinions of forum users and came to the conclusion - everyone is right in their own way. There are many good reviews and advice, as everyone shares how they deal with the problem. I just want to add - read Alan Schoonmaker in your spare time, when you take a short break from the game. He is a good psychologist and gives a lot of good advice, besides he plays poker himself, so I think it will not be superfluous. Good luck.

Whenever i played bad or running bad in cash games, i usually switch to tournaments where i can think of hands better and gain my confidence again )

Take a deep breath and have faith that next time everything will turn out well for you. Think positive. Attitude changes situations.

psychology and tilt are part of the game and it’s also tedious to work on, but imagine - in a tournament of bad beats - and that’s it, it’s over, and there’s a new stack in the cache - and forward

Try to relax and do something else during breaks, and sometimes all in isn't the best move

The best way to deal with tilt is to realise when you are going through that emotion and take a break.

Obviously this is a lot easier playing cash games as you can just sit out but harder in a tourney as you will lose out on hands.

It took me a long time to understand this and remember shoving a full stack on the next hand after a bad beat many times in a cash game, now I know the signs and hit the sit out button.

You have to take it as part of the game, getting angry doesn't help, maybe walking or drinking water can help

I think you should move to the world of MTT.
It is true that you have to play there for several hours to reach the paying places, but an all-in doesn't hurt as much as when playing for real money.
You will probably feel better, the cash game is not for everyone. But you have to practice more and get more experiences in both types to make the correct consequences.

MTTs are even more tilting! play for hours get close to the bubble and then sucked out on or run into Aces etc. Cash games you can just reload.

Taking a break, meditation etc.

Even if all you can do is get up and walk for 5 minutes it can make a massive difference.

today i lost everything going all in with a full house against a higher full house in a cash game . the only thing that can heal the pain is time
Yeah i believe the same, take a good break will get you on previous relaxed state. The most important thing in order to get the best decisions is to be calm.
P.S.
Just now give a bad bead on cash game at PS.
I had JT s. Against 77
Flop 77J
He checks i bet half pot he quickly call
Turn 77JJ
At this point i am sure he has one 7 so trip and i have bette trips with J, i check he raise beting the pot, i call and finally the river
77JJJ
He bets the pot and i go all-in, ofcourse he called with quads 7 high but not as good as my quads J high!!
I am pretty sure this hand get him tilted! Hehehe

When u are faced with such kind of results and resulting in tilt .
Do remember those are unavoidable and part of a game
There is no secret to beating it

The best u or me or anyone can do is take a break be it small or long which is must before u start tilted even more .

Listen to some favorite music to calm your nerves or listen to some jokes , watch a movie
Anything that can effectively calms ur rage and then restart fresh

Tilt is disastrous and part of game
Taking a break is must

Trust me results will be better if not worst

It works most of the time

I've never played cash game in my entire life, but I truly believe I wouldn't go on tilt. I'm not the kind of person to take poker that seriously.

Hello everyone:)
Such incidents are bound to happen, & the aggressive play in some cases is a mistake, and also the turn and river sometimes surprise us with what we do not want.
So If you want to play on the same day, play in a slow tournament or sit&go, or stop playing if you are not in a good mood.
