I think half pot is fine on the river as your hand is good but not great, you lose less if villain happens to have a straight, flush or better two pair, and more likely to get looked up light

Actually I checked the charts and it's always 3bet, only.v UTG or UTg +1 are you ever meant to flat in theory. Versus the 4bet the solver mixes 5bet, call and even fold! Mostly calling
