The WSOP runs from May 31 to July 3, and features 95 bracelet events, the most ever.

WSOP officials are encouraging players to avoid long lines and congestion at its cages and use its online registration system through BravoPokerLive.com.

Players must complete an online pre-registration via the site, and then once in Las Vegas, visit the Champagne Ballroom located in the Le Centre Des Conventions in Paris before playing in their first event to verify their registration with valid identification.

After this is complete, players will be able to register for events online or at the kiosks located in Paris and Las Vegas Horseshoe, where they will have their seat tickets printed out.

“This year’s WSOP is poised to break records with an unprecedented range of options to qualify for and attend the WSOP Main Event, widely recognized as the World Championship of poker,” said World Series of Poker Senior Vice President and Executive Director, Ty Stewart, in a press release. “We’re excited to offer players an effortless and cost-effective way to book their entire trip to Paris Las Vegas and Horseshoe Las Vegas as they set their sights on becoming poker royalty this summer.”

Flights and accommodations, too

After players use BravoPokerLive.com to register for their selected events, they will be prompted to follow another link to the Caesars Rewards Travel Bundle site. There, according to Caesars, players can find deals on airfare and hotels, all the while earning reward credits through Caesars Rewards.

Who knows: Spend enough, and possibly get a free $12 hot dog.

Players who are practicing Luddites and hate technology can still register for events at the cages in Paris, but they should be prepared to plan ahead, as this WSOP is gearing-up for the biggest in its history.

Unless something unforeseeable happens, this year’s Main Event, which starts July 3, will no doubtably be the largest event. Last year, it only came 110 short of the 8,773 record set in 2006, but the WSOP is sponsoring satellites in card rooms and on sites through the world to ensure the record is broken this year.

Also, the WSOP is going to have 608 tables dedicated to events and cash games, guaranteeing long-lines no matter how efficient the WSOP’s cage workers become.

Step-by-step registration information can be found now at wsop.com/registration. Follow WSOP on Twitter, Instagram or check wsop.com for the latest news and updates.
