Do you pay or give up?

I will publish the result in the comments, when we have a good amount of responses.

So what would you do in this situation? And why?

Hi :)
Fold. I would definitely fold because in this situation I don't think this hand is strong enough. In addition, your opponent's VPIP is only 11, which means that he definitely doesn't play everything in a row :)

1 the hand is off
2 ALL in against 02 in this situation I don't feel good (I'll find some AK,AQ,AJ,JJ,QQ,99,88)
3 we are close to the bubble (20 players) we won't have many weak ALL ins. We will often be dominated and I don't want to compromise almost 1/3 of my Stack
4 ALL in starting position is generally bad.

You probably folded and the result would be for you lol. So this can become a topic lol

Easy fold our equity vs 2 shoves is not great and we are in late stage with a solid stack if we had more we could call if we had less we could gamble. KQs is the hand you want to call with in that spot we need that extra equity if we run into AK AA and to be slightly better vs pairs:unsure::geek:

Retire. Most of the time they cover some of your cards, so your hand is no longer strong.

easy fold! you don't have pot odds to call, losing chips in this situation is horrible, you would have to have equity of 60% or so for this call to be good.

ex pot odds:Call

Well, and that was the result.

IMG 20250204 WA00652

I imagined ranges like AK, AQ, smaller pairs like JJ, TT so I decided to fold, imagining that KQ wouldn't hold many things.

And the fold was correct in this case.

Why ask, it's elementary. In plain language, everything is intuitively clear.

Why ask?
Because this is a poker community, here we can debate hands with members, learn from each other, discuss plays, just for that reason.

My first instinct would be to fold...you are in first place only 28 players left, your opponents..pickpocket plays fairly tight so I would definitely put him on a good A or a fairly large pair, so why risk 30% of your stack and you are going to be on a draw and most likely behind...FOLD

The best thing is to fold since you are about to enter a bubble and the most likely thing is that you will start to lose since they are going to leave with AK, AQ, or even

I also think folding is the right decision in this situation. I would have done the same.

In our freerolls, I would fold. In other freerolls, I would definitely go all-in. In hyper tournaments, it's also all-in, and in turbo tournaments, it's fold.

just discard your cards, entering the multipot with a speculative hand is such a solution

In this situation I would fold against two all-ins - there are too many hands that can beat you and you would be just hoping. However, with the chip lead and if you were first to act you might push, putting pressure on the small stacks.

c) Don't even register [ x ] (you suck at the pokerz and you're only winning if you get lucky. I say 'Fold pre'... not preflop... I mean 'pre game'

Well I like to play KQ, but in this situation I fold. Great possibility that one of oponents have better hand at the end.
