Do you think there are limited time tournaments for which associations are more recommended?

I had never heard of such tournaments. And I don't really understand how it can be implemented. Of course, tournaments can be different depending on the format and structure, but I don't understand how they can be limited in time. Although, a year ago, there were Blast tournaments at 888, where only three players took part, and the time for the game was only 2-3 minutes. After these 2-3 minutes, those who remained just automatically went all-in.
