PokerStars PA Tournaments

Hello everyone,

Long time CC member, but have been out of the game for quite some time. I recently moved to PA and am able to play pokerstars again. As much as this brings me nostalgia and excitement, I notice it is not the same as it was when I left it in 2011 (understandable with it being only one state).

With that being said I have always loved tournament play and am looking to get serious again. Any suggestions on the PA PokerStars site? Looks like weekends and evenings for the most part.

fwiw, Pokerstars for ROW (rest of World) players is hardly recognizable as well (vs. how it was in 2011). GGPoker is the largest, most popular site these days. I believe they received a license in Pennsylvania in Feb. 2021. Maybe you'd be able to find some more games there... or at least add to the ones available on Pokerstars.

Borgata Poker PA
wsop PA

Here in canada, the most populated province (Ontario) was segregated from R.O.W. play something which seemed terrible at first (small player pool) for many it turned out to be very good... LOTS of weak players joined & are playing on the site there. (some guys who were doing well in $20 games on Stars are now beating the HighRoller games there).

I'm just hoping to get this legislation in California finally one day. But I don't think the tribes are going to make it easy for PokerStars to come in when/if that ever happens.
