Yeap I think that happens to us all. If I can get a good stack in the first 2 hours I end up taking a nap for about 90 minutes then I start again almost at the same stack that I had when I took my nap. this helps me get to the money an hopefully the FT. Good uck.

Well yes I'd say patience is a great virtue to have in general not just poker, .. I generally play cash games or smaller tournaments cuz my patience is limited at times lol👍

Yes surely. Patience is a virtue for few, and I am not one of those people. I get bored easily, and if only bad cards come, then boredom and lack of patience corrupt me. Oh, and sleep will hit hard too.

Well i think it deppents on the way you play!if you play passive with lot of folds then you get bored easily and lose your patience! However if you play a little more agressive then it is more inderesting and not boring!!

You play a tournament, no good cards come to you and having 7 BB you get AKo, you go all in and lose, bad luck we will play another tournament.

Not often but sometimes i do lose patience and focus in long tournaments, Patience is the only virtue in poker, I think with a develop of healthy sleep schedule, exercise and get sun exposure daily, eat healthy. It’s very helpful to stay patient and disciplined.

Yes, when you play for a very long time, you get bored with every hour so you have to understand this and be ready for it. I don't usually lose my patience, but the moment you lose your patience, someone plays badly and ends up eliminating you. It's a matter of understanding what position you're in and what you're aspiring to to keep your cool in front of these players.
