If you have cancelled a withdrawal it can take time for your account to receive the funds back, contact their support if more than a few days and you have concerns.
I only had this problem with one rather strange website. It was called intertops. I won some money in freerolls there, about $100, but they didn't allow me to withdraw it. They justified their decision by the fact that I did not fulfil their conditions for withdrawal.
