I understand your point in QQ or KK losing to rag Aces. It's all about learning to lose with them similar to losing with AA.
Since we should not reveal our hand strength by bet sizes PF, you should make a standard open with those. When someone has already raised before you, those are definitely a good candidate for a 3-bet.
When you go to see the flop and an Ace is there, you can try a c-bet but beware if you get called. You need to slow down your aggression on the following streets.
Remember that QQ and KK have around 70% of
equity against weak aces, so you'll win 7 out of 10
hands but not 100%.
