How often are you pocket Kings or Queens beaten by an Ace + rag in low stake MTTs.
Keen to hear your strategy for playing these cards in those games.

I understand your point in QQ or KK losing to rag Aces. It's all about learning to lose with them similar to losing with AA.

Since we should not reveal our hand strength by bet sizes PF, you should make a standard open with those. When someone has already raised before you, those are definitely a good candidate for a 3-bet.

When you go to see the flop and an Ace is there, you can try a c-bet but beware if you get called. You need to slow down your aggression on the following streets.

Remember that QQ and KK have around 70% of equity against weak aces, so you'll win 7 out of 10 hands but not 100%.

Hope that helps. :)

It happens at all stakes not just low stakes MTTs. It’s supposed to happen a certain percentage of the time so don’t get upset it’s all part of the game.
What your job is to learn how to navigate through a hand like this. Good luck, study hard and stay positive!
