How do you get into a private tourney group

How do you get into a private tourney group? ive applied to some groups and no response so i'm guessing its a buddy thing.

Usually the groups have requirements to join. Most are at Forums where, like here, they have rules about the number of posts, etc. Some want members to be with the forum for a certain amount of time also.

Rule #1 when you go to a forum .... READ their requirements for tourneys and such. Too many folks just sign-up and then start demanding passwords without following the rules. Not a hard thing to do at all, but some folks are just plain lazy ... or they don't want to be bothered with doing a little reading on the forum boards. :stupido3:
