Currently, I am taking a break, I see that my performances in mtt are not evolving as I would like, I always feel the tilt in session, I make serious mistakes because of my emotions, I feel too rushed to win quickly, except that mtt require a lot of patience. I just want to rest a little to get back to my best level.

We all experience losing streaks. Since nobody gets ITM 20% of MTTs the losing streak can be long. Very long.

I like your considerations. First, you acknowledge that you tilt. Many do not. Secondly, you have a solution.

Resting for a while will hopefully - and likely - reboot you to be competitive again.

I hope that you come back calm, cool and collected.

I suggest that you dedicate yourself more to planning and focus more on your studies, it is extremely normal that the variations in tournaments are aggressive.
I suggest that you have a plan to play your best game and adhere to schedules and you should definitely reserve 1 or 2 days off poker so that you have an optimal performance and that thirst for poker.gl

It's always a different feeling when winning is always a happy mood, but that's rarely the case when it comes to landing. Most often it's a loss, but it depends on how the tournament went. If you just couldn't play the whole game and just fell into the trash, that's one thing, but when you're lucky enough to build a good stack and then lose to garbage that for some reason ended up in the player's hands from an early position, it's unsettling

I agree. A break in such cases is the best possible option. It's good that you are aware of this and draw the right conclusions, it shows that you are serious about the game.
