Building a poker bankroll through free rolls is a great way to start without risking your own money. Free rolls are poker tournaments with no entry fee but offer real money or prizes. Here are some tips to help you get started:

1. **Join poker sites Offering Free Rolls**: Many online poker sites offer free roll tournaments to attract new players. Some popular sites include pokerstars, 888poker, and partypoker.

2. **Focus on Strategy**: Since free rolls tend to have many players, adopt a solid strategy. Play tight in the early stages and loosen up as you get closer to the money.

3. **Take Advantage of Promotions**: Keep an eye out for free roll promotions, loyalty rewards, or deposit bonuses that poker sites offer to boost your bankroll.

4. **Patience**: Free rolls can take a long time to complete, and the payouts might be small at first. Consistency and patience are key to building your bankroll.

5. **Improve Your Game**: Use free rolls as a learning tool. Watch for other players’ strategies and improve your decision-making skills for higher-stakes games.

Freeroll tournaments are great for improving your game without risking pocket money, if you want to start making some real profits you must play tournaments with entry, starting with a low registration and then increasing. Regards. Anyway, I agree with you on almost everything.

They can be helping hand in my opinion. Personally I'd rather invest $50 start at 2nl and work my way to 50nl playing full-ring cash. Much easier, you start earning right away and much less variance. Where as freerolls you could play for a month and not make a single nickel. A month playing(not grinding) cash starting with $50 and I'll be playing 5nl or 10nl and have $300+ for a bankroll.

Besides if you can't find $50 to throw on a poker site you likely shouldn't be playing poker and gambling in the first place. $50 is nothing to pay for a hobby. Can't even get a decent bottle of scotch for that now days.

Hell I'm winning player and I've gone 2+ years before without a decent final table cash or MTT win. No way I'd waste 1-2+ years playing only freerolls hoping to grow my bankroll. Specially when you can already have a good sized bankroll long before you might even get 1 final table cash in a freeroll for a couple bucks.

Cheers!!!

Cardschat freerolls are the best, you have to make the most of it, I hope to play all the freerolls again very soon.
