Display stack in BB or chips?

In online tournaments, do you display your stack size in BB or in tournament chips? I used to have it in BB because I considered it would help with making decisions corresponding to whatever relative situation I'm in, Recently tho, I found displaying the tournament chips seems to help me psychologically especially late in the game, because while seeing 13bb feels awful, seeing 130k chips is a bit uplifting and I have an easier time confidently shoving weaker hands for good odds etc.

Which way do you prefer and is this up to the individual or is there some sort of generally accepted best practice?

It is more comfortable for me to play with the display of the stack in BB, and not in the form of chips for making standard decisions, but in the form of chips, I use the stack only to evaluate my stack to the average for the tournament.

It is much better and more comfortable to have the pot in BB, that makes it much easier for you to know what type of action to take according to the pot of each villain.

eaiser and more comfortable is bb you do not need to do math with stacks.

btw if is possible to show bb at poker stars ? at gg poker is available but im not sure is in stars.

Chips always because PT4 shows me # big blinds.

Not just that it helps you psychologicaly but helps you get into other players heads
and see how most of them view the risk reward ratio.
Some players would rarely risk 10k chips without a monster hand
even if its only like 5 big blinds.

I think only a small % of players look at the BB stack info & the majority looks at the $$$ stack info.

I love that they made the option available for the bb. Its so much easier to get an idea of what you need to do, how much to raise, etc!

I prefer a stack in the BB, it's just that it's more convenient for me to make calculations at the tables!!

I don't see where it would at all make a difference in the decision making process seeing it in either way. I believe it's whatever your more comfortable with. I'm pretty good with numbers and can break a stack down into bb at pretty much a glance if need to be but rarely see the need to.

I would prefer BB when I have more than 6 tables open. It makes an easier decision for the bet sizing. I am fine show chip count since one site does not switch between chip stack and BB,

Yes, pokerstars also has the ability to display in bb

But it's been in my mind to change my habits, and try BB:s.

I track by chips. For whatever reason, BB count just doesn't compute for me.

If you look at educational poker content, a lot is said in terms of how many blinds you have, how big the pot is in blinds, how important the blind to pot ratio is, etc. If you think in terms of big blinds, you approach the game differently, so we can match our software to the people's approach.

Some players will be able to spend less time thinking about a bet by quickly calculating the size of the pot in relation to their own and the opponent's stack. Therefore, the stack in the BB is much better than just in chips. stacks

I prefer BBs. The game is discussed by the pros in those terms. You don't bet in chips, you bet in BBs.

I prefer stacks and play with a calculator on my side to score the bbs, because then you see how many chips your opponents have and with a certain experience I know how many bbs they have per chips!

I prefer in BBs. Easier to calculate. There is no good reason stay in chips unless you are the type of players that like to make wierd bet sizing like 12345 raise or you are just a recreational player that looking for live experience as much as possible.
Its like asking if you want to pay your TV with 15 bill of $100 or 1500x $1.
