Sometimes, tournaments last more than six hours, who overcomes the feeling of fatigue and sleepiness ? Eleutheracoccus or ginseng extract, caffeine and even mildonium are recommended.... And a lot of things that end in in... What do you use? )

In principle, I don't use anything. But sometimes I can drink coffee. In general, if I'm sleepy, I just finish the game and go to bed. But if I know that there is an important tournament ahead, I prepare for it in advance, make myself some sandwiches and can take a few hours of sleep before the tournament :)
