Ummm I don't know what to tell you.. That is not a hand I would expect you to fold....Unless last night you played totally different than you normally do.

Dman, the difference is that Villain here wouldn't raise pf and push or call a push on the flop with Q9. ;)

twizzy, I agree. Falling in love with TPTK on raggedy boards is often a recipe for disaster. With possible draws out I would have been more likely to call, putting him on a draw. As it was, the nagging thought that he may well be one of those donks who likes to minraise AA/KK in early position was nagging away at me, and the only hand I think he could be holding that I beat is KQ or a total bluff which seemed pretty unlikely given his play so far.

The tiny bet on the flop bothers me though, as weak players often do that with crap. I guess it's not impossible to think I was up against JJ/TT, but it was a little too expensive to find out.

You may not have been beat, but that didn't look like a bluff. Think of the possible hands the villain could have had.AA-QQ, Dueces, 44, Q4s, Q2s, even 42s. I'm not recommending that anyone should play all these hands, but they're not unlikely, especially considering the weak preflop raising. Nice laydown Chris.
