It's hard to say without knowing what kind of game format we're talking about, cash or tournaments, the stage of the tournament and other things like position, stack size, etc.
In general, if you play bingo, it will be quite justified to go all-in, as the chances are quite good :)

I agree that more info is needed. BUT there's approximately only a 1 in 5 chance that a K or a Q will follow in the next two cards. If is it likely that villain holds one in his hand then you're on a winner, because you probably don't need another to win.

BUT could he hold 10 10? If so you're definitely no favourite. So you really need to have an idea of how he plays.
