Early in the WPT Global freeroll on Feb. 3.
Could I have played this hand differently?

Villain raised preflop -Hero called (thinking I should call a raise IP with any PP)
On the flop Villain bet - Hero again called ( thinking he wouldn't have raised preflop with K2)
On the turn Hero bet- Hero raised - Villain pushed - Hero called (I was committed at this point)
Bingo on the river - TBSS for Hero.

Not just how, but why would you want to play the hand differently?

It's more of a cooler than a bad beat.
Unlucky in a freeroll, I think you always getting stacks in no matter how it plays out.

These hands happen- the key for us is to not even bother thinking about these spots because it is a brain suck- we flopped a full house read the spot perfectly -played the spot perfectly and lost. Then spent time from our study day to post it--that was your only error-

Those hands somehow suck us back into playing. We do this to others also if we play the game long enough.
Don't waste any time thinking you played it wrong, it happens.
