This is the $5.50 Micro HR Bounty Builder daily tournament, at this point we played 127 hands. We still haven't reached the money places, there is still a bit to play.
Info on the players:
UTG1: 126 hands - VPIP 37 PFR 4 Limp 31 Cold Call 37 and 3-bet 2.56
BB : 17 hands - VPIP 18 PFR 12 Limp 8

I decided to just call here and not shove because I did not think that BB will fold given that there is a bounty in place and he covers me. Also I did not think he will fold pre-flop AK, AQ, KQ, AJ, QQ, KK, AA and also if he had a big pair and wanted me to keep me in he would just called.

How do you play pre-flop? With what range will you shove here?
Do you ever call post flop?

JJ is tricky, in this spot.
Mostly a decission of push and fold preflop.
I think preflop both options are ok, bounty tournaments have their own rules.
The call hurts your stack for further moves very much.
On the flop, a clear fold for me, since the BB is more on the tight side of the player pool.
