I dont have a problem with this call. Its a microstakes game, and people are going to call much wider, than they are supposed to, and make significant mistakes postflop as well. So folding a suited ace on BTN to just a min-raise would be really nitty in this kind of game.

Flop
With the nut flushdraw and second pair you cant really fold, so the only question is call or jam, and I kind of lean towards jamming. If you call, you can never get away on the turn, and maybe there is some chance, you can actually drive a better hand out of the pot by jamming. Like maybe BB has 99 or TT, or CO will actually call but then fold with a hand like the one, he had. You still need to beat UTG+1 at showdown, but he could have a hand like T9s, that he just decided to commit with. Its close though, and as long as the plan is to never fold on the turn, its fine to just call as well.

Turn
The decision was made already on the flop, so easy call.
