If folded to me, I see myself shoving with this hand against the short blinds.
As a big stack with 2 short stacks on the blinds, it is perfect to pressure.
Because it is a bounty tournament, the short stacks would be tempted to call the shove with Q/K high, so going all-in might get them off but I do not want to play A3o against someone who could easily have an Ace with a better kicker, especially with 2 more players to act who are short and it is the only bounty they cover.
Rather let the short blinds fight it off here, if no one calls it, I will still have many more chances considering how perfect the position is against the short stacks here.
But, if A3 was suited, I am playing it.
