This is the first hand of this tournament for me.....I have won a satellite to this event and I got registered when the starting stack was 28bb, about after 1 hour of playing.

What do you guys do here? Is calling an option ?

It seems that everyone at this table is late registering because we have the same starting stacks so I guess this is a new table.

Yes it seems like a new table was formed with the satellite qualifiers, since everyone has the same stack. This is important for a few reasons. First it mean, everyone can win each others bounties, which increase the incentive to get it in and gamble. You can also say, there is "reverse ICM", because ignoring the min-raiser you can win 3 stacks but also 0,5 stack in bounties for the investment of 1 stack. And this mean, in chip EV you only need 28,6% equity, where you would need 33,3% in a cash game.

The other point is, that since all these guys are satellite qualifiers, maybe they are not the tightest players in the world. I also would typically not think, that someone from canada named "luckyguy76" was a tight player, so I think, his range is likely quite wide. And for those reasons I am calling here, and its not even that close a decision. This is where, PKO differ massively from regular MTTs. Often you just have to take spots like this, and when you win them, you typically also win further bounties later on.
