Hi guys,It was a 1$ rebuy tournament, we were about 70 and it was far from paying, rebuy was still possible, so I feel it was a mistake to throw 88 here, I haven't had many samples of them so I threw them away, but I didn't think about 69 for SB , if SB throws I'll call ,would allin have been the right solution?

In my opinion, this is a good fold. It's hard for a pocket pair to resist a few all-ins on a preflop. I would have done the same as you. Dealer has laid out good cards on the board, but this is rare. Leave the showdown to the bullies.

i always get lost with poker pair in pre flop all-in, and now i carefull with it, nice fall..

88 is not in the 4/5-bet AI range against any of those positions, you have a 30 bb ish stack so why waste it.
Only AA, KK, AKs may be an option in this situation.
