No this is not a preflop shove--- we get to see the flop and then decide and our stack is small enough to get all in easily post flop---If we make a low our V can make the high so we would be shoving hoping for a very specific runout

This is a no-brainer. The short stack is so short that he should shove now that everyone else has folded and the big blind should call, regardless of what hands they each have.

I don't think that's really a "nice hand" in omaha hilo, especially no limit... but it's a hand,

his stack is so short it doesn't really matter too much what the play is at this point,

definitely can't keep calling just to fold, it's going in on that flop anyway👍

Imo, both hands are not really good hands for Omaha Hi/Lo, both players made a gamble with their not so great hands.
The shortie is more or less forced to play it this way, the call from SB is questionable.
