Their culture, their people, their country, the way they play, and their passion that they show from the fans to the players, nothing but respect. A country that will always be respected and lovable by many other football fans.

it's a wonder what a culture that takes respect and organization very seriously. It's a shame they lost, because I was rooting for them...

I agree here they are very respectful and they also understand that it is the most important thing to respect themselves and their environment as our forum respects everyone and we are all relatives here

Brilliant coach and decent human being .
I love it that his name Hajime (はじめ) is the word for "begin" used in any martial arts :ninja:

This is an example for everyone. Unfortunately, not everyone is capable of this.

I think the problematic part of this is that there shouldn't be bags and bags of rubbish for the Japanese fans to pick up! Since when do the rest of the world think its OK to make a massive mess everywhere we go...

Dropping your game trash in the stands has been standard practice in North America for decades. It only started to change this century. In every stadium I was ever in, there was about one 55 gallon or so trash bin for every thousand or so fans. It (leaving your garbage behind) was obviously what you were supposed to do.

In japan however, in the few stadiums I have visited, there were ample bins and very little trash in the stands in the 80s and 90s.

Interesting angle. Unfortunately you're right, if facilities aren't provided, then what can they expect us to do. The problem is it then becomes the norm everywhere you go.
