Surebets and Matchbetting

Hello everyone.

For some time now I have been seeing publications on the Internet (especially on YouTube) about how to optimize results when placing sports bets.
I never bet but what I have seen on the subject seems quite reasonable to me.
Has anyone had experience on the subject?

For a long time on pokerstars I had freebets to use on a daily basis and I would almost always place my bet using a random number generator and I would win 50 percent of the time since I placed my bet on spread or points. But for a few months I decided to try something different and made my choice based on the advice of an online newsletter I would get every morning in an email. Well guess what? Yep less than 50 percent win rate so it was back to the random generator technique.
