for some reason i'm pretty optimistic about the Mets. I know they haven't done anything in ages, but i'm feeling better about the team than i think i should. must be the spring training effect!

jho, I understand that you are a loyal METS fan, but come one man!!! I get that anything can happen, but Let's see:

The Phillies are in a world of their own.
The Braves and Marlins are better than the Mets, with less problems and distractions.

and the Nationals will be better than last year, so I'll give you that The Mets will finish tied with the Nationals and with bigger financials problems + 2 0r 3 more loans at the end of 2011
