Please help me out with fantasy football: Torain or Britt??

I'm having quite the dilemma with who to start in my flex position.

My WR1/2/3 are Reggie Wayne, Anquan Boldin, Brandon Marshall
My RB 1/2 are Jamaal Charles, Ryan Matthews

The guys I'm sitting this week are Ricky Williams and Joseph Addai.

In my flex I'm thinking of starting Ryan Torain over Kenny Britt. But everywhere I'm reading is saying that Britt is going to have a MONSTER game and he has a fantastic matchup against Jags' Pass D. Help me decide!!! (I have till the sunday night game, as Britt plays monday night)

Tough decision but I think Torain would be the better choice since the Colts' run D isn't that great and he will have more carries now. Britt could have an awesome game or have 1 catch for 7 yards.

With Portis out, you gotta play him vs a 29th ranked rush D in the Colts.

I don't even know who Ryan Torain is, but it looks like he's getting 20-25 carries today at home against a brutal run defense. In fact if its a close game or they are winning, he may have 30-35 carries today. So I would go with the 25-30 touches all day.
I was just looking, shanahan drafted this dude in Denver. Is he the next star no name running back developed in a Shanahan system?
